We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in business or commercial litigation and be ready to take ownership of cases, contribute to litigation strategy, and represent clients in a variety of complex matters.
Manage and litigate a wide range of business and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and employment matters
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings
Develop and implement case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and administrative hearings
Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Stay informed on legal developments relevant to business litigation
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Florida Bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business litigation
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and client communication skills
