What You Will Be Doing

You will prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. You will Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. You will compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Also you will resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Estimator experience (Heavy Civil, Sitework, & Underground):
-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
-Strong problem-solving abilities, including the ability to analyze data, develop solutions, and make decisions under pressure.
-Organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, create bid and take offs
-Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and direct others
