Requirements: - 15 years of experience in Software Engineering. 5-10+ years of total experience within Engineering Leadership and at least 5+ years of experience working in the Video Game Industry.

We have shipped over 200 games on 10 different platforms and have worked on some of the biggest PC gaming franchises to date. What You Will Be Doing

This is a pivotal role in spearheading our engineering team, driving their growth, and cultivating their talents within the realm of game development. This position entails not only steering the team through innovative projects but also fortifying our ranks through strategic efforts.

Core duties include leading a team of 20, while conceptualizing, crafting, and troubleshooting intricate systems and pivotal features. You will also active contribute as a developer as needed. Proficiency in C++, Unreal Engine, and version control systems is paramount.

What You Need for this Position

15+ years of Software Development Experience
Experience working with other Video Game Developers/Publishers
Ideally 5+ years of Engineering Management/Leadership
A track record of delivering multiple titles across modern gaming platforms
Excellence in C++ development and proficient in scripting languages such as Blueprint, LUA, C#, Python, etc.
