Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on insurance coverage issues, representing clients in litigation, and assisting with the interpretation and application of various insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on insurance coverage matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent clients in litigation related to insurance coverage disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues to provide clear and actionable advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to develop case strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and their implications in legal disputes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
