Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic nCino Platform Director to lead and manage our nCino implementation and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the nCino platform, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in Salesforce and the banking sector. This role is crucial in driving our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of the nCino platform across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of nCino implementations and upgrades.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize project goals and deliverables.
Manage a team of nCino specialists and Salesforce developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency in the nCino platform.
Monitor and analyze system performance, providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
Stay current with industry trends and nCino updates to ensure the organization leverages the platform effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in a leadership role, managing technology implementations in the banking sector.
Strong expertise in nCino and Salesforce platform functionalities and best practices.
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
