Operations Manager

Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure that our HVAC and controls systems run efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in optimizing operational processes, managing teams, and enhancing overall performance while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of HVAC and controls systems.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Lead, train, and mentor operations staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to HVAC operations.
Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
