Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Product & Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on leading GTM strategies, content creation, and branding for our off road division!
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive product and brand marketing strategies.
Create and manage engaging content across various platforms including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends that inform marketing strategies.
Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to guide future marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and project management.
Engage with customers through various channels to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.
Manage relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product and brand marketing or a similar role.
MUST have a background in the automotive truck space - an enthusiast and understands the lifestyle. This position travels 50% of the time to industry shows, customer visits, and events. This person must understand basic sales tracking and be the marketing lens which sales and product can reach the customer.
