Position Overview
Based in Dallas, we are seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer who will be responsible for developing and implementing test processes for manufacturing operations, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Conduct hardware testing and validation to ensure product quality and reliability.
Utilize test automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Analyze test data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to verify designs and ensure manufacturability.
Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions.
Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on testing procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in LabView and Python for test scripting and automation.
Experience with hardware testing and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with PCB, PCBA, and electromechanical systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

The salary range for this position is $90K to $120K depending on experience and qualifications.
