Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, acquisitions, and a Juris Doctor degree. This position will focus on providing legal support for various real estate deals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mitigating risks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts related to real estate transactions and acquisitions.
Provide legal advice on real estate matters, including leasing, financing, and title issues.
Negotiate transaction terms and represent clients in discussions and meetings.
Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and sales.
Assist with resolving disputes related to real estate transactions.
Stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in real estate transactions and acquisitions.
Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
